Website Brand

ChinaBagPro is the public-facing brand for this website. The legal entity, governing law, delivery terms, and dispute process for a commercial order are confirmed in the applicable quotation or sales contract.

Services

We provide OEM/ODM manufacturing services for bags and accessories. All quotations, sampling, and production orders are subject to these terms.

Quotations & Orders

Quotation validity and order confirmation conditions are stated in the applicable quotation or sales contract. Bulk production starts only after the required payment and written sample sign-off are received.

Quality & Inspection

Inspection requirements are agreed for each order and recorded in the order specification. Where AQL inspection is specified, clients may arrange third-party inspection at their own cost. Any claim period and remedy are governed by the applicable quotation or sales contract.

Intellectual Property

All client designs, logos, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client. We maintain strict confidentiality and will not share or replicate client designs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
